Historical Lookup

The historical lookup within The RiskSentinel system is a unique product. Because of the repeat, account type nature of gaming transactions a historical record of an account/individual needs to be kept within the system.

This is the first point within the system, a new account/individual will be identified, where requested or required third party identity checks can be used (e.g. Experian, Equifax).

Additionally this application keeps track of account totals - matching purchase and cash-in totals enabling 'money laundering' activities to be identified.
This application can be identified as Account Management, providing scores and information to the rules engine.
