The RiskSentinel
system is built as a toolbox to enable clients to tailor the system
to their requirements.
The RiskSentinel has been developed in response to a need for a risk
system built to deal with the unique nature of gaming transactions.
Traditional or retail risk systems are built to work only with Credit
Cards and will evaluate each transaction almost in isolation, multiple
purchases being a clear indication of fraud in a retail environment.
RiskSentinel has been built to evaluate an ‘account’ and
‘account behaviour’, including multiple payment types
and cashins, a critical part of the customer behaviour pattern.
The ‘toolkit’ concept of the system enables the client
(merchant) to pick the most relevant tools to suit their situation
and to add third party tools where required.
The RiskSentinel is more than an automated system; one of the options
available is a training course or access to trained Risk Operators
able to evaluate ‘risk’ situations and individuals. For
those clients wishing to provide their own review staff the training
courses have been professionally produced and can be tailored to suit.
As a component-based system The RiskSentinel can be ‘purchased’
or used in part as a system or in total as a service.
The RiskSentinel Team comprise of a group of dedicated professionals with inside knowledge of the online gaming industry and Risk Management expertise, who all have a real enthusiasm for the product they have developed.
